Initial contact
A recruiter will reach out via email or phone to introduce themselves as the point of contact and share more about the company and opportunity.

Interview(s)
Meet with a few members of our team including the hiring manager.  These meetings may be individual or team virtual meetings or may include an in-person meeting

Skills Assessment
Some of our technical roles may include a skills assessment

Selection and Offer
Your recruiter will contact you to follow up post interviews to provide feedback and, if selected, discuss potential offer details.

What to Expect during the interview process

Your Recruiter will reach out about interview availability and schedule your interviews, while your Recruiter will be your main point of contact throughout the process. 

  • Please make sure to have a stable network connection in a quiet and well-lit room. 
  • Your interview will take place over Microsoft Teams. This link can be accessed and found in the calendar invite sent over by your Recruiter
